About Me
CURRENT MISSION
to determine the viability of tech-nomadism
ABOUT ME
the Venn diagram of my life is a preposterous intersection of literature, music, computer programming, and emergency health care.
PHILOSOPHY
to live is to love the absurd.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
i am a nomad half of the year. the rest of the time i'm happy to host you in NYC.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
i'm brand new to Couch Surfing, but have hosted touring musicians and bands since i was in college. as an erstwhile touring musician myself, i know what it's like to need a place to crash in a strange city, and how meaningful generosity and hospitality can be as a traveler. i feel i owe a huge debt for all the incredible kindnesses people have shown me on my travels, and want to be able to give back.
Interests
music, abandoned buildings, walks in the country, bathroom graffiti, inner experience, swimming.

Music, Movies, and Books
on a desert island, i would have The Story of the Eye to read, the Beatles' White Album to listen to, and Brazil to watch. if i could somehow build a projector and record player out of coconuts.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
pompeii.
Teach, Learn, Share
i can teach all kinds of computer programming, how to play a few instruments, how to use social media for promoting your art online, basic emergency medical skills, and a couple vegetarian recipes.
i would love to learn how to cook other cuisines, speak other languages, and swim properly (my technique is awful).
