ABOUT ME

After trying my hand at various jobs in England I have decided to be an au pair in Italy. Partly to fulfil my lifelong dream of living in this country, with the fabulous weather, amazing history and delicious food, and partly because I've come to some sort of impassè, where I'm not quite sure where to go next. I'm hoping my time here will produce some answers!

PHILOSOPHY

Worry, organise, and worry some more. I accept that this is not a deliberate "This is what I believe and therefore I will do things this way" philosophy as such, but it does describe how I live.

Well I have a couch.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have stayed on two different couches so far, and I have hosted on two occasions, it was ok!

Intereses

I have delusions of fitness that once induced me to run a half marathon... this is my greatest achievement to date. I love cooking (especially cake as I have a terrible sweet tooth), but have yet to bake the perfect sticky toffee pudding.

Música, películas y libros

Love movies, love books, keep forgetting there is music in the world until someone turns on MTV. Though if I'm in a club, the cheesier the better, bring on the eighties nights! My all time favourite film is Stardust, though A Life Less Ordinary would be a close second. Books - I am a not-so-secret Harry Potter fanatic. But at the moment I will read almost anything, if its written in English.

Algo increíble que he hecho

I've seen a lioness. She urinated on the wheel of our truck. And I'd run out of film, so I just stared and stared at her, to fix the memory in my head.
