ABOUT ME

I enjoy the finer things in life- cheap beer and free beds to name a few. I'm easygoing, have travelled widely and am always interested in making new friends wherever I go.
I've been living in Whistler for about a year now, working on the ski hill and getting to know what the community of this interesting mountain town is all about. I'm planning on taking some first aid training in Vancouver at the end of this month, so if you're reading this it's probably because I'm asking you about a place to stay for late October to early November. If you're able to help me out with a place to sleep for even just a short time that would be amazing!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am a fairly last minute traveler and I usually don't decide to get on the boat until its already set sail. This can sometimes be annoying, as it forces me to sometimes as for couches at the last minute, or with tentative dates- my apologies ahead of time. . .

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I signed up about 2 weeks ago. Since then I've crashed with some people in Brussels and Antwerp; the whole thing has worked out pretty well.
I also attended a couchsurfing party in Amsterdam last week. It was pretty funny. . .

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Cliche though it is, couchsurfing has actually been one of the more inspiring networks I've ever been a part of. I know it sounds corny, but I've been to every continent except for Australia and Antarctica and the thing that always amazes me most is the selfless generosity I have witnessed between total strangers.
