ABOUT ME

first of all, i love people, i believe in people. that makes me an outgoing happy girl. i love music, and i love to listen people singing (i sing awful). i dont like over enthusiastic people, they get on my nerves. big chatter: silly stuff or big stuff, depends on the moment. i enjoy reading, specially books which particular historic contexts. i like dancing and learning from other people new stuff.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

i knew about CS because of a friend in Cartagena whos also a couch surfer, there we had this party and lots of couch surfers joined us, it was great, we all were excited to know each other, about our lifes, our projects, common interests.. what was more exciting was seeing how we're all linked by music.

Movies i can understand.. 21 grams, ladri di biciclette, Mi Mejor Enemigo, Joyeaux Noel, Home Alone (1,2), You've Got Mail, Amantes del Circulo Polar, El Niño de Barro, Reconstruccion, James Bond, The Godfather, The Hours. Not like: Clockwork orange, Blue Velvet, F for Fake, Star Wars...
Music ... Calamaro, Sabina, Bossa nova, salsa, cuban music. i love african and islands music and rythmes, tribal music.. music its better to listen eyes shut.
Books... Sydney Sheldon, Milan Kundera, 100 años de soledad, The Godfather, Los Borgia.. Mario Puzo, Stephen King, Mario Benedetii ( prose).. dont like poetry much.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

well, last year i traveled to DC, USA. there we joined other american (not just from USA) students for a OAS event. It was great to see how young people fight and argue discussing world wide problems, poverty and ways to make this a better place. though it was just a model, there are (self included) people who cares about others, even if those others belong to another country or culture.

i hope everyone learns from me diferent things, i can only say i offer a good time, bad jokes and big smiles (sorry, got no more). i can share my culture, my experiences and the opportunity to get to know Colombia by the hand of one person.
