ABOUT ME

I am honest, straightforward and compassionate. Always down for a good time and a good laugh. I enjoy the little things life has to offer like conversation, sunsets, poetry, silence, laughter, hugging, connecting, smelling flowers, walking, moments of deep gratitude, sunshine and oh so much more. I also enjoy the big things..... yoga, music (all kinds), dance, travel, love, food, philanthropy..... wait, it seems all those things are the same thing in different disguises... The little things make the big things and it all boils down to fully experiencing myself and my life.

I just learned about this through my sister in Bordeaux, France. I signed up as I am traveling through Europe this spring. I am excited to host when I am done wandering (for now) and to surf!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Machu Picchu, Iguazu Falls, Playa Negra, Costa Rica, Tikal, Guatemala, Buenos Aires Tango, Manna Rays in Hawaii, the ranch in Chama, New Mexico, SRF meditation gardens, Encinitas CA and the people that see me through it all.... whoops thats more than one.

I believe that we are constantly teaching, sharing and learning everyday and all day. You never know when you will meet someone and they will say something that can change your whole perspective and your life. I think that is what this is all about really.
