Overview
About Me
CURRENT MISSION
See the world, all of it, spending as little time as possible being a tourist
ABOUT ME
I'm a very easy going person who always puts his hand up first for any experience.
I love meeting new people and making new friends, and seeing new places and cultures ... I love the little things, like how people sit facing the wrong direction in cafes in Paris - you guys are weird.
I've long since given up on checkbox tourism, I'd much rather spend a day in a cafe playing chess and people watching than rushing around a city seeing yet another cathedral. Local knowledge always trumps, and people always make the destination.
PHILOSOPHY
If I died, I think I would most like to be remembered as "that guy who really lived his life".

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I've surfed in glorious Bondi, rode a bike around the lakes of Interlaken, kissed a crush atop the Eiffel tower, trekked to Mount Everest Base Camp in Nepal, drunk myself silly at Oktoberfest in Munich, almost died skiing in Whistler, pulled off a naked backflip snowboarding in Niseko, played chess outside the Kremlin in Moscow, bought a horse and rode it across the Mongolia, and I've loved and been loved.
