ABOUT ME

After graduating college in 2010 I have been spending my summers working in Skagway, AK and am working on planning my life out. After some good old fashioned travel time with girlfriends and my partner!

PHILOSOPHY

yesterday, I was walking around in Bellingham, I was home visiting friends, and I was wearing my sunglasses, I am in a place where wearing your sunglasses and having to drive with your lights on because it is so gray and cloudy simultaneously occurs!!!! I ended up walking around laughing for a while....

I have couch surfed once and am hoping to become a more active member as my travel opportunities are increasing very soon.

I love to dance around by myself, I greatly enjoy cooking, reading, hanging out with people.... this may be weird, but people watching? totally interesting.

Morceaux de musique, films et livres

I love music, most kinds of music....I'm guessing I haven't heard a majority of what's out there, so who knows!!

I like to read silly fictional books...generally things that are on sale at used bookstores, or things that my mom gives me...she has really good taste in books!

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

So I grew up on a dead end road, my parents own 80 acres there and when they moved to the country from Seattle, they met people and invited them to come and live on their land and create a community...this being said, they also had a tendency to meet young "hippy" couples and give them places to stay for work trades...so one summer we had this couple and their little boy living in a yurt out in the woods by the driveway and the woman was pregnant....well I don't know what happened but she ended up giving birth to her child on the floor in the doorway of my bathroom at 1:37 am!!! Luckily my neighbor was her midwife!
