Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

The CS project is new to me. I've only gone to a few meet-ups, specifically the Boston "T" Party and karaoke at Maluken. I hope to attend more CS events.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I actually have not surfed or hosted thus far. Unfortunately, my current apartment is too small for a couch. I don't even have a living room. I'm hoping for that to change when I move out of here in September at which point I hope to host a wide variety of wandering travelers.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: Guster, Dashboard Confessional, Dispatch, Augustana, Jack's Mannequin, Ellis Paul, The Beatles, Weezer, anything with some good acoustic guitar or piano (or both), live Irish music at the Black Rose, and showtunes.
Books: The Hot Zone, and just about anything by Chuck Palahniuk.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I survived nearly five years of working as a stage manager, production manager, director, spot light operator and/or cast member for various musical productions. Sometimes I did these all at once, but never only did one.

Teach, Learn, Share

I don't think there is much I can teach. I would like to learn the following languages: Italian, French and German. Anyone want to be my teacher?
