ABOUT ME
Taken up Crossfit pretty seriously this past year, it has become a part of who I am (in a good way, though, not being a crossfit fanatic :) ).
I'm an outdoors guy, nature moves me! it seems that almost every place on this earth has something to offer and i could only wish for the time to travel to all the places. while i was traveling in India, a train I took got delayed because of riots that took place in the next station and around ours. A bit helpless, in a place which was not tourist-friendly I found my self on the way to spend the night in a fully packed public hall when a young man came up to me and offer to take me to his house until things settle down. those were an amazing three days. that experience made want to do the same for people visiting Israel, I wanted them to have a personal touch of the place from a local.
PHILOSOPHY
mind over body! well, i came to learn that in life we sometimes give up on ourselves - resting because the mind is tired but not the body it self. i think that the ability to push ourselves further and further, each time doing something we didn't do until then is one of the most rewarding things there are. it's food for the brain and the soul!
Also, while I used to believe that gathering more achievements and visiting more places are important in life, now I know that it's all about seizing the moment - maximizing it, learn to experience it with all its intensity and hopefully sharing it with others as well.

Just throw this here since it's my favorite book - "The day lasts more then a hundred years".
Other than that - I'm love watching almost everything. Almost. :)
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
it's was in India when i climbed to the summit of Stuk-Kangry. the summit was at 6120 meters. it was amazing for the views i saw from there - so many other peaks to look down at :) as we reached it little time after sunrise (spending the night going up) but also, it was a physical challenge for me as well and that only made the climbing more rewarding.
