About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To be free.

ABOUT ME

Equal parts silly and serious, I'm always up for a laugh or time alone with my cat. I have an extraordinary sense of wanderlust, yet have settled somewhat in the mountains of North Carolina. I fight for peace and justice and try and love my friends as best I can. There's nothing I like more than a sweaty dance party or a meaningful conversation with someone intriguing.

PHILOSOPHY

Make the world a better place and have fun while doing it. Oh, and be good to your Momma.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Offering up my home to wanderers...and buying you an ice cream cone if you host me.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I traveled for five weeks in Guatemala last summer and was hosted by a friend living in Panajachel. We spent three days running around in the rain, walking up dusty roads to nearby villages, hitching boat rides across Lake Atitlan, and dancing to Shakira. Who could ask for more?

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Traveling alone for 5 weeks in Guatemala last summer was pretty amazing all around. I went caving, which involved holding a candle in one hand and swimming/paddling through the freezing water with the other. I also jumped off a really tall bridge :)

I've also seen the Notre Dame at dark, all lit up and beautiful.
