About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Keep on couching (Yes, it is a verb) in the free world (though I would have no problem couching in the so-called non-free world!)

ABOUT ME

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

As I'm planning to stay put in Denmark for the next many months, I think it's about time to open my home to all you surfers out there.

I have surfed a bit in New England, USA, and have just begun hosting surfers. I will look forward to do a lot more of that.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Stayed with Rich in Northampton, MA, for a few days. Had a blast, and it was truly the best way to loose my couch surfing virginity.

Since then I have surfed a bit in the States, and hosted quite a few interesting guests here in Copenhagen. Looking forward to do some more of that!!!

Music, Movies, and Books

Recent books I've read worth noticing have to be: A Confederacy of Dunces, Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close and The Brief Wondrous Life by Oscar Wao.

I enjoy most kinds of music and regularly go to concerts and festivals. As with everything else my "favourite band of the moment" changes quite often. At the moment I'm very much into Wilco, LCD Soundsystem, Death Cab for Cutie, Ben Folds, The Subways and Violent Femmes. All time favourites include The Who, Pink Floyd, Jimmy Hendrix and Ben Harper. A recent newcomer (how could I have missed out on this band for so many years?!) is Talking Heads - Road to Nowhere is my new favorite karaoke tune.

My movies taste very much relies on my mood. The big Lebowski, Adaption and everything by Monthy Python are sure winners.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Stole a licensplate once. Does that counts as amazing? Oh, I saw a donkey dressed as a fishing boat at Donkey Festival in Colombia (sounds odd and it was, but nonetheless amazing).

Countries I’ve Visited

Belize, Canada, Colombia, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, United States

Countries I’ve Lived In
