ABOUT ME

Recently I have discovered an insatiable desire to see the world! I have accomplished most of the things I wanted thus far and now it is time to explore and expand my horizons. After spending some time in Corporate America I've realized that life is too short to just go through the motions, you have to enjoy it, try new things and take some risks once in awhile.

I am a free spirit and have an interest in many things including, experiencing new cultures, sports, photography, food, you name it I'll try it.

PHILOSOPHY

I try to remain flexible and open minded and therefore have experienced many blessings in life. I always tell people I'm like tumbleweed. I go where the wind blows. "A man plans his course, but the Lord determines his steps."

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Ok, all I have to say is that this is an amazing community! I have yet to actually experience couch surfing (i will in 3 weeks) but the people that I've met here feel like old friends already. It's really amazing to observe the generosity and openness of people from around the world!

What a great experience, I feel like I met the most amazing people in the entire country. They were gracious hosts and now life-long friends. I can't wait to do it again.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Went to Mozambique Africa and found my brother from another mother! In the 3 months I was there I experienced life and death in one family. I became part of their family and I am proud to say that I am the Godfather of a child IN Mozambique that is named after me, baby Kiley.
