ABOUT ME

I am an optimist, I always try to look for the good and positive, yet embracing the challenges life brings. Mother of three teenage daughters, I live mainly in Belgium. But I am also having a wonderful partner in Canada, so some parts of the year I live with him. We try to live in the moment not to worry about the future but we enjoy the deep connection we experience even with the physical distance. Love has no boundaries nor limitations, so we embrace the bigger lesson behind our physical separation.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Spending three nights in a cave on Huashan mountain China in solitary meditation.
Hanging all alone in a cable cabin that was hit by lightening and stopped (China), thinking my life was over.
