Overview
About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Broaden my horizons, always learn new things, be spontaneous!
ABOUT ME
I love meeting new people and trying new things. I have a traveling spirit that pushes me to set off every year and find a new home-away-from-home. I love people and my dream is to teach English in third world countries.
PHILOSOPHY
I want to be a better person than I was yesterday, last month, last year. To always be learning, growing spiritually, and never get settled and stagnant in my thinking. To live life to the fullest and not get too bogged down with the seriousness of life...life is fun and wacky, too! To not own more things than can fit in 6-7 boxes (I don't need more stuff). To invest in people and causes as much as I do in my savings and future. To be balanced, steady, genuine, real.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I have always enjoyed having people stay over at my place, and friends have become accustomed to calling me up to book a few nights at my 'hotel' for their friends! :) It's a great way to meet people and also meet a need. So I guess I've been a couch to couch-surfers before I even knew about CS!!
Interests
I love reading, hiking, talking with people who are of different cultures/countries/religions/ideologies than me, teaching, children, picnics, wandering around cities, pubs, animals, travelling, thunderstorms, and coffee. I'm sure there's more but this is such a small space!
