ABOUT ME

About me! I work in tourism and have been travelling and working abroad for roughly 5 years. At the moment I am working for a Tour operator in Central Asia. My life is seemingly random and I tend not to plan to far into future. Sometimes this is a blessing and other times a curse! I would not really describe myself as normal and other people have often described me as being a little strange- but certainly not in a bad way. I think far too much and often live in a world of thoughts and ideas for days on end. I love to travel and meet people from all corners of the globe. Music is a passion of mine and I one day hope to study music in depth.

PHILOSOPHY

‘life is like a book and those who don’t travel only read the first page’. I don’t think you can understand who you are without knowing where you came from. Similarly I don’t believe you can understand your own culture from the viewpoint of your own culture. I think that hypocrisy is at the root of many of the world’s problems and I believe that if everyone was willing to place upon themselves the same standards and values that we expect of others then the world would be a better place.
