I enjoy everything and anything examples include going for a run, playing volleyball, drinking a hot tea, reading a book, laughing, dancing, canoeing, swimming, hiking , photography, drinking or a cooking a great dinner!

Music: Depends what type of mood im in, usually something pretty chill, bob marley stuff, neil young, sometimes catchy top 40 stuff.
