ABOUT ME

So many words...do any of them truly convey the spirit and essence of ones being?
No....but still we can try. Im a gypsy, a lover, a dancer, a philosopher. I thrive in places where there is beautiful nature, good and open minded people, lots of music and verbal stimulation. I fluctuate between simplicity and complexity. I have come to fully appreciate the fact that in any journey, getting there is half the fun.

I enjoy so many things....good music, nature, snowboarding, reading, good people, studying things which help make sense of the world, cooking food, life, warm weather and warm waters, epic hikes, compassion, sustainable living, languages, furry things, traveling to places with abundant natural beauty, medical anthropology, guavas, mangoes, avocados, as much spicy goodness as can be handled by the human senses, crafting and sewing, silly projects, big adventures and late night mob missions, new friends, old loves, writing letters, watching the clouds, dancing with reckless abandon, finding new ways in which coconut makes magic happen and i could just keep going but its getting late.

Music is what keeps me sane, and i get me dose on the daily. I love all sorts. Blockhead, aesop rock, radiohead, the roots, fiona apple, erykah badhu, the cure, manu chau, rjd2, prefuse 73, beck, iron and wine, bobby McFerrin, samba, calypso, dezarie and midnite, jean grae, psalm 1, gorillaz, girl talk, good reggae, mystic, nick drake,radio head, sigur ros, Dj Vadim and yarah bravo, otis redding, os mutantes, electric wire hustle, rodrigo y gabriella,fat freddzs drop, gypsy tunes, thievery corporation, sly and robbie, steel pulse, anthony b, and the list never ends

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I feel blessed each and every day to wake up and be living this life. India was amazing...working with kids, building greenhouses and visiting the home of amma and the dalai lama. Costa Rica, chilling with monkeys, spooning with a tapir, and vision journey with jungle spirits. Prague, we did good work there, underground forest parties, speaking czech to toothless gypsies and flying high with Berlins finest in a surreal state of blissful chaos.
