About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To enjoy and experience this life, learn, and maintain the Red Road

ABOUT ME

Musician, idealist, revolutionary, writer, artist, dancer, hot spring enthusiast, environmentalist, naturalist, spiritual, dog friend, outdoorsman, son, brother, cousin, buddy....

PHILOSOPHY

I believe that we are all energy, never being born, never dying. I feel like we travel endlessly, only transforming, changing. I think that all things in and out of us exist as part of that energy, symbiotically perpetuating the gift of life. I live my life to experience life, learn and grow, and pass on what I've learned to the next ones.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Our couches are commonly slept on every night, but there's plenty of floor space. We can find room to squeeze one more and a dog in.. always.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've never successfully used this site for anything.. it's new to me, however, I have surfed many a couch, bed, floor, backyard, motorhome, semi truck, yacht, car, tent... even a dog house once when it was raining and it was the only dry spot someone had to offer.

Music, Movies, and Books

Matisyahu, Yellow Submarine, The Wonderful Story of Henry Sugar by Raold Dahl

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Hopped a freight train across southern Veracruz, MX, with a beautiful Colorado girl and a big black German Shephard/Malamut dog, through fields of pinas y cana, platanos y jungle, con immigrantes de Central America AND with the assistance of the railroad yard workers and police officers.

Teach, Learn, Share

I've studied a lot of history and culture. I know how to build and perform a temezcal (sweatlodge). I've been playing guitar for 12 years and would love to help someone learn something. And I am a very good listener and enjoy helping when I can.

I would like to learn more about music, how to sing better, and creative writing skills, as well as .... well... anything really.. i'm a sponge.. teach me!
