About Me

CURRENT MISSION

world domination (Its OK i'll be one of the good dictators)

ABOUT ME

I love meeting like minded people. This dosen't really mean they have to be into the same things as me but just take a similar approach to the way they do whatever it is that they do. I make electronic music and like to go into a zen state when making the sounds. This is the a concentrated form of the way I live day to day. Trying to think and act in harmony with everything thats around me. extra harmony = happy el craigo.

I also love a good dream. I rate the quality of a nights sleep by the madness of my dreams, the other night I had a dream that I was cueing up for a festival and the cue when all the way from the outside of this high rise building up to the top floor and then I got lost in the building's fire exits when I was half way up and had to ride back down in a goods lift and then...... and so and so forth.

PHILOSOPHY

Wealth is only what I have inside! If I cant afford it I don't sell myself to get it.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

There was a sign in the toilet of my aunties house back in Western Australia that read "always leave things in a better state than you found them" it hasn't failed me yet.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I was in Europe for the last year and a half and only found out about CS in the last few months. It was the best thing that happened to my trip! I was able to have a much better understanding of the places I went to and met some really amazing people. This is the site that keeps giving :)

Interests

I'm right into languages, linguistics and the likes. My favourite forms of communication though are definitely music and dancing. Especially at the right party. In fact that's the main reason I came to Europe in the first place. To find its thumping bohemian underbelly. If I'd have found CS a year ago I'm sure I would have been there by now but hey bring on the future.

Music, Movies, and Books

radio head, plump dj's, anything ninja tunes, gypsy music, dark crystal, ren and stimpy, the shins, free form 5, Aphex Twin, Square Pusher, fisher spooner, bob dylan, lamp (oh wait, I'm just saying things from around the room) george orwell, john birmingham (he would have had dreams about a world that had a concept like CS)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Thunderstorms back home used to come and go in like 10 minutes and pretty well flood the streets. Afterwards the sun would come out and the storms would roll out to sea. I'd stand out on the balcony afterwards look out at the clouds on the horizon with everything around me looking amazingly green after the rain. The clouds would be strobing in the dark distant sky for like half an hour. It was surreal but really real at the same time. Anything massively nature like that blows me away!

Teach, Learn, Share

The system of numbers that we use are only an arbitrary figures. There are many different systems of numbers like binary and hexidecimal which can be used to express the same quantities that can be in decimal. Things only have meaning because we give them definition and communication is mutual understanding of definition. There is also a fine line between communication and babble and babble is beginning right here so I will stop........

Countries I’ve Visited

Austria, Bulgaria, France, Germany, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Romania, Serbia, Spain, United Kingdom, United States, Vanuatu

Countries I’ve Lived In
