About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To make it around the world in one piece!

ABOUT ME

Welcome one and all to my CS profile - a small window into the world of Me.

I have recently returned to the UK after a 10 month global trip which has been bloody fantastic!!! Ive learned so much about myself and also grown up a little bit too :)

I think im a sound chap - ask my friends and they (will hopefully) say the same. Im straight down the line and good company.

I have lived in France for a year and love the language although unfortunately i dont get many opportunities to practice much in the UK.

I try to keep my body in good nick by going to the gym and playing rugby (although im not a Jock!!!). I also coach childrens rugby in my attempt to give something back to the communities where i live. Healthy body = healthy mind in my opinion.

I like to ski, SCUBA dive, play rugby, lift weights, eat anything and everything, party, read, watch movies, bungee jump, go zorbing (i hope to open a franchise in th UK), travel, learn new languages, travel and socialise.

A quick final note - The world is alot smaller than it once was however with the advent of global tourism i think it is everyone´s responsability to look after what we have got, because once its gone - THATS IT!!!

PHILOSOPHY

Treat others as you would wish to be treated - that way i dont really think you can go wrong. I find meeting people and expanding one´s boundaries is great life food. I have found that both good and bad life experience and friendships make the world taste a whole lot sweeter.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

My friends introduced me to CouchSurfing and damn i wish i had got involved sooner!!! I was visiting a friend in Florianopolis - Brazil who is involved and then next thing i knew we had about 30 people over for a BBQ and party, fantastic.

When i get back to the UK from travelling i will definately be hosting travellers if they want to stay with me.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Mostly i have stayed with good friends so far, but im keen to make even more friends and contacts around the world to make my future travels even better.
