Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have been absent from the Couchsurfing community for the past couple of years and recently decided to get involved again. I have hosted short-term exchange students while living in Germany on several occasions. I have done home exchanges a few times. I have also had the opportunity to host a few people from different countries here on CouchSurfing. I enjoy meeting people and hearing their stories, learning a bit about their culture.

Interests

Travel, art, music (mostly anything except Rap), Formula 1 racing, archeticture, great bookstores.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Took part in a small private ceremony at sunrise in Machu Picchu on the summer solstice. Very moving.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can share good conversation, good humor, flexibility when unplanned situations pop up, and my passion for travel. I would love to prepare a meal together, or just find out about your city. I realize everyone has busy lives and I can stay out of your way if that's what you need. And of course I share my appreciation and gratitude for letting me share your home for a short time.
