Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

In the past we have surfed couches of some of the most amazing angles that live in France and Switzerland. We don't quite have couches of our own to offer to fellow travelers, at least not yet, but we are always open to meeting curious minded people who would like to explore Portland, Oregon, which is the most wonderful place to visit. Everyone is welcome to come and discover themselves in Portland, just be aware that you might not want to leave:)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

The people we have met, the places we have seen, the deapth of the human experience that we have discovered have made a lasting impression on us. We have experienced warm hospitality of people who love their cities, love to share their culture with others, and love to spend long hours in conversation about all sorts of philosophies! Some of our fondest memories have been made through our CS experiences.

Interests

Trying new food, films, Russian literature, horseback riding, gardening, snowboarding, snorkeling, practicing French, googling things (lot's of things... we have a list), MUSIC, trying different cheeses and wines, paper stationary, journaling, carnivals and masquerades, walking, the Milky Way Galaxy (and MilkyWay the chocolate bar too), nutrition...

the wonderful world under water... Brunelleschi's Dome... paragliding... construction of the Golden Horn Bridge in Vladivostok, Russia (which upon completion will be the longest cable-stayed bridge the world)...
