ABOUT ME

I'm a 27 year old dutch guy and desided to put everything aside and travel around the world with my motorbike. I love to have lots of people around me and hope to get to now at least some of them a little better. I also like to be in nature ones in a while, alone or with a friend. I'm an open minded person who adapts easily in new surroundings. Most important; I want to live life to the fullest

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've only just found out about the CS project. I'm realy enthusiastic about the idea but have no experience with it so far. I hope it lives up to my expectations. If so, I will make sure another couch is ready to use ones I'm back from my motorcycle tour to Australia.

All kinds of music. For example: Queen, U2, Live, White lies, snow patrol, Room Eleven, Milow, Jack Johnson, Gipsy kings, DJ Tiesto, Lounge music, Piano Music, Soundtrack music (band of brothers, Lord of the rings, Bravehart, etc), etc. Movies: Top Gun, Bundoc Saints, Gladiator, Last Samurai, The Lion King, Shrek, Bravehart, Bad Boys, etc. Books: Though books are great I never seem to find the time to sit down and read. Something I still have to learn I guess! But the one book so far: Zen and the technical part of motorcycle maintenance. (Not about motorbikes but more about philosophy of life)

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I hope the thing I'm doing right now will turn out to be the most amazing thing I've ever seen and done. I'm driving from Holland to Australia with my motorbike. The journey will take me through Germany, Switserland, Italy, Greece, Turkey, Iran, Pakistan, India, Nepal, Maleisia, Indonesia and in the end Australia and New Zealand. I expect it to be a great experience and I hope to learn more about the world, other people and myself. By the way; I'm still open for suggestions for my return journey from New Zealand!!!
