About Me
CURRENT MISSION
I'm just trying to see as much as I can of this world and the people who live on it. I love to travel, but my biggest passion is climbing. I love it when they come together.
ABOUT ME
I love climbing. I've been at it for about 9 years now, everything from little boulders to big mountains. Through climbing I have met so many wonderful people, people who live freely and enjoy life fully. It was through climbing that I got interested in travel. What else can I say? I love photography, I'm trying to continue learning Spanish (something that also had a huge impact on my life), and I enjoy meeting new people.I'm not too interested in work or a career and instead I try to live simply and keep myself free for adventure. If you are really interested in learing more about me, or what I've been up to, check out my blog here.
PHILOSOPHY
Be free.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I would like to participate by hosting people here in Colorado when I'm home, just like I have been hosted in various parts of the world. I always think that it's a shame it is not easier to travel in the U.S. and I wish that I could share my life with others like some have shared theirs with me.
Maybe this will provide a way...
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I've surfed just a little and hosted a number of people here in Denver. I like the different people who come to stay and feeling their energy in regard to traveling. It gets me excited for my next trip!

Music, Movies, and Books
I love music, all different kinds, but mostly I listen to electronic stuff. Used to be really into the rave scene...I guess that was over ten years ago now...but I still really love the music. I listen to a lot of ambient these days as well...guess I must be getting older!Books are great, but I am not really a prolific reader. John Stienbeck may be my favorite author; I loved East of Eden and Pastures of Heaven. I've been trying to read "classics" in addition to random ficiton. Of course I love climbing literature.Movies are good, but I don't really like TV, so sitting around watching movies isn't exactly my idea of a good time. I certainly enjoy a good veg session now and again, and there are those occasional gems out there.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Life.
Teach, Learn, Share
I have a lot, maybe even a wealth, of knowledge about climbing and outdoor gear and I've always been excited about passing that on to others. I also know about electricity, but that's not really too interesting.I like learning about all kinds of things....especially from those who are excited about teaching.
