I grew up in Tasmania, Australia, in a house by the beach in a small town of ~10,000 people. I've been studying for most of my life, with a couple years off between studies for some work and travel. Last year I finished my honours degree in visual neuroscience, and since then i've been exploring study options in the form of Masters or PhD.

I really enjoy going for walks, through cities, suburban streets, parks and forests. Walking at night is also great as it has a very relaxing feel to it, probably because it is quieter and the stars are out.

I'm very curious, friendly, and easy to get along with.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Some of my best travelling experiences have been through coushsurfing. The people I have met through this website have turned into good friends.

Interests

I'm very interested in the philosophy of mind and neuroscience at present. But I also enjoy most areas of philosophy and science. I'm very fond of music and have played guitar for a number of years. I thoroughly enjoy bush walking, mountain climbing, and general adventures. I love meeting people and learning about how they live their lives and their interests/hobbies/skills.
