Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

We've never surfed though I have had many experiences where friends have opened their homes to me. We've hosted more than I would have expected in North Dakota... what a great feeling to be able to return a cosmic favor and open up our home to travelers.

If in the area and needing a place, let us know. Now I just need to find a couch while on the road.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Drove my favorite poet Tony Hoagland to Whataburger in San Antonio, TX. After a weekend poetry workshop during one of those awkward goodbye moments, he said to me, "You've changed my life." Then he slapped my chest and added, "Just kidding."
