ABOUT ME

Recently moved to Suffolk Park, on the fringe of Byron Bay, for a change of pace & heart. So far, so good :)

I'm easy going & don't like to take life too seriously. I like being healthy & eating delicious (but cheap!) food. I'm friendly, enthusiastic & open-minded.

I am a primary school teacher and am working as a relief teacher, which gives me the flexibility to work as much as I choose!I have an endless travel list so I now have to try to save my pennies once again to start ticking off my wunderlust dreams!

Before completing my teacher training, I spent almost 2 years living/traveling in Canada. I can't get enough off that country! The faces and the places; the remote north; the wild west; the powder-fuelled Rockies; the abundant Okanagan; the tranquil east coast; and the dynamic cities! Canada, you won my heart & I will return ASAP!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Used Couch surfing a handful of times in canada and Hawaii- all fantastic experiences. Yet I have only hosted officially once. Would love to return the favour!

Interesses

I love snowboarding, trying my luck at surfing, scrambling my way to the tops of mountains, kayaking, fresh air & outdoor living. Campfires, good company & a guitar in rotation is my idea of a blissful evening.
