I just barely registered as I realized that couchsurfing.com has a "meet for coffee" option! I think this will be a great way to begin getting involved. I'll tell you more about me when I return from my trip, but basically, I love meeting and being around creative people who view life as an art...

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'd love to visit people and explore the world! I also want to offer a place to crash. My place is in the middle of improvements but I do have a futon couch that folds out into a bed.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Lately I have been able to travel more because I've finally begun taking friends up on their offer for a crash space. I heard about couchsurfing.com from a friend.

Costume design, belly dancing, fire performance, theatre, glass blowing, art in general, going to little known cool places, camping, festivals, dancing, visiting sacred places, reading, I like telling stories and it's even better if it's true so I like doing things worth telling later
