About Me
CURRENT MISSION
make some interesting friends, learn some interesting stuff
ABOUT ME
I am probably the most interesting person you will ever meet. Yes, I have a bit of an ego ;) I am always ready to learning new things. My style and humor might be esoteric, but I am very easy going. Recently unemployed and trying to manage ridiculous amounts of free time.
PHILOSOPHY
I believe in Sartre's three principles of existentialism:
Anguish, "The man who involves himself and who realizes that he is not the only person he chooses to be, but also a lawmaker, who is, at the same time, choosing all mankind as well as himself, cannot help escape the feeling of this total and deep responsibility."
Forlornness, “God does not exist and that we all have to face the consequences of this.”
Despair, “We shall confine ourselves to reckoning only with what depends upon our will, or on the ensemble of probabilities which make our action possible.”
I also might be passively nihilistic in nature.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I have big plans for the future. By 2017 I wish to begin circumnavigating the tropic of cancer by foot/bike/boat and now couch. I am preparing myself in the skills and languages I will need by then, but for now its all gravy.
Interests
silly pop culture, adventure time, whatever comes my way, parking lot golf, public beerpong, oddball matches, sexploration, arcades, casinos, loosing large sums of money, roof inspection, late night taco emergencies, rum, MDMAzer tag, ghost hunting, unoticed sarcasm, the triple threat, midnight dodgeball, flash kicks, pick-up basketball, addicted to a good time, dancing on cars, getting lost, being found, raising the bar, hitting the bar, turning heads, turning phrases, silly hats, activism, taking it to the streets, innuendo galore, lightning storm hikes, iceblocking, headbanging, paddling up shit creek, attempting to snowboard, chasing dragons, light shows, long drives with no destination, excuses to celebrate, reckless amounts of fun, and all around profligacy and antics.

Music, Movies, and Books
I love all of it. So very, very much.
Music is essential. I think there is a time and place and mood for every kind of music.
I love low budget cheesy movies, particularly of the horror variety.
I often stop whatever it is I am doing to watch a documentary or cartoon on TV.
I enjoy sociology, comedy, and satire books.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Both the creation and destruction of life.
Teach, Learn, Share
I could tell you a lot of thing NOT to do or try.
Also, any amateur science or storytelling stuff.
