Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I travel solo a lot, always a good way of meeting people and seeing a side of places one wouldn't normally experience.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Surfed a few times on cross country road trips, stayed and helped at a farm in Costa Rica for a bit. Have hosted on numerous occasions (few left a review... hosted a fair deal of first timers who probably didn't think much of it)

Interests

Avid outdoorsman. I feel more comfortable in a tent in the cold grasp of a Canadian winter than I do living a more typical lifestyle. Backpacking, Camping, Fishing, Kayaking, Snowboarding, Cycling.

I'm a bicycle commuter in Los Angeles and I haven't hit/been hit by anything or anyone thus far. I'd say that's fairly impressive.
