ABOUT ME

People say I'm a man of many textures...suede, steel, satin, velvet...but I'd describe myself more as a post-postmodern cheeky sun of a gun.

A cheeky sun of a gun who is laid back and enjoys a good beer. If I was any more laid back I'd probably be horizontal. And there's nothing better than a little siesta. Expect meeting new people and experiencing new adventures and differing perspectives.

Enriching your mind with new ideas liberates the soul and broadens the mind. That comes first, then the rest. Preferably in a hammock with a cold beer, good music, next to laughter and fantastic company. ooohhheee yeh!

Who would have thought I'd be hitch-hiking in the middle of Iceland listening to Sigur Ros or speeding through the mudslides of the Panamanian jungle with a crazy Chinese driver.....?

Local knowledge... that old chestnut huh.

Making films and taking pictures about amazing places and interesting people.

Observe the very nature of people, the essence of humankind and show it back to people on film. That way we can understand ourselves in a deeper way. We can laugh at ourselves or help a brother out. We can see ourselves in a new light.

I can't wait for the new stimulus and discoveries in South America, something completely different, and to capture these experiences on film!

I love to learn. Learning about people, their cultures, why they behave the way they do. It's endlessly fascinating and equally exciting to be welcomed in to their world!
