ABOUT ME

My names Gerard, I live in East London. Just finished studying and tramping round America. I live in a fun little flat in East London, work in a nearby restaurant to pay the bills and I volunteer/intern/desperately try to work in various law jobs.

I like climbing, wildwater swimming, camping, hitchhiking, baking, book-binding and plenty things besides.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Its about time to give something back to the world. My travelling carma debt is pretty high after hitchhiking round the US.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The early Sun rise over Mount Athos, took some doing considering how hard that place is to get to but it was pretty cool!

The Thorong La on the annapurna circuit, 5416m, amazing!

I can teach book-binding, and how to cook a full English breakfast properly (for the Americans, that includes a crash course in the brewing of 'hot tea')
