ABOUT ME

Hello!!!

My name is Caleb. I am a 24 year old of the male species. I was born and raised in Puerto Rico, but speak very fluent english as well as spanish.

I am currently working as a Laboratory Technician in a Microbiology lab doing some awesome research. So my weekdays are busy until around 5:00pm.

I pride myself in being an adventurous person and willing to try anything at least once. I consider myself to be very open-minded and accepting of lots of different people.

I love to sit back, listen and watch people to learn more from them and their cultures. I ASK A LOT OF QUESTIONS, it could get annoying, you're fairly warned, hehe.

So, if your on the island and want to hang out, or need a ride to go somewhere, don't hesitate to ask. If I'm capable I will surely do it.

PHILOSOPHY

Yo soy yo y mis circumstancias. Translates to "I am myself and my circumstances", adapted from Ortega y Gasset.

It means that everything I have been through and everything I have done has made me who I am today. And what I am today, will shape the man I will be tomorrow.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Well, right now I'm busy checking out the site and getting to know it better. I am very open to hanging out with surfers, although at the moment I can't host (working on convincing my folks). Very soon I hope to go CouchSurfing myself.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I was once with my brother and cousin at a local beach when we spotted a herd of manatees. We rushed to the water to swim with them. Best experience ever!!!
