ABOUT ME

We found ourselves a nice little soccer-mom van and turned it into our home. For the coming year, we plan to work and travel around North America. In May, we headed North to the Northwest Territories (Canada) and stayed there for 'til early October. Then, we want to headed South West to Vancouver and Victoria. For the past month, we've been making our way down the West coast of the US and WWOOFing along the way... it's great. As we go, we draw, we play guitar, we make jewelry and Alison works on an ongoing art/felting project. We want to learn, meet new people, be outside and have a great time!

Feb 11th, we head to Mexico - without the van! Hurray!
We're planning on spending at least three months in Mexico. Oaxaca, here we come!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

For now, we don't have a couch. Our van isn't quite big enough for us to do much hosting. On the other hand, we aim to be cool intersted and interesting (hopefuly) surfers. Someday when we have a home, we look forward to showing of our culture and our part of the world to fellow travellers!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

May : Neither of us have done much Couchsurfing before (Alison did a little in Australia and in the Yukon). Some of our friends are Couchsurfing hosts so we sometimes get to meet some surfers.
November : We've now had five great Couchsurfing. Every time we made new friends and had a ball. We hope they'll all come and visit us up North sometime!

Interessen

Alison likes : Making art and all kinds of Crafts. She felts, she draws and she like to read. She also enjoys hiking, camping and swimming. As she travels, she is working on a participative textile art project.
Pat likes : Building things and watching films. He like to play guitar an listen to music. He also enjoys acting and theatre. Making jewelry and working with wool.
