ABOUT ME

I am a nurse from Melbourne. Seems strange to identify yourself by your job, but I actually love being a nurse and I think it suits me well. Im kind, caring, friendly, patient, dorky, laugh about everything. Im most always smiling. I like to go out for food, drinks, live music, general shenanigans. Also happy to stay in and cook food and drink gin. Theres not much I wont say yes to. Unless it involves heights. And then all bets are off.

PHILOSOPHY

Do unto others as you would have them do unto you. Thats how the saying goes, yeah? I forget. But I try to be thoughtful about how I interact with people and nature around me.

poison the well are my favourite band. lamb is my favourite book. and id have to say my favourite movie, the one i watch over and over, is probably beetlejuice. and as for tv, well, you cant go wrong with british comedy! SNL and all its TV relatives do good.

Most recently; fed a stroke patient with expressive dysphasia and watch her enjoy her food so much she had to exclaim "pretty, beautiful" after every mouthful. Warms your heart to see someone so lost in the moment, they forget all of their stress and anxiety, even for just a few minutes.
