i have returned to australian shores after living in canada and exploring in europe. i find brisbane thoroughly charming and am enjoying seeing it with different eyes. i work in a bar, i ride a bicycle and i bake cookies. and as much as i love being in one spot and not living out of a bag..new travel ideas tempt me everyday...

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

steadily i am building up my couch surfing repertoire. i can only speak good words about all my couch surfing experiences - all my hosts have been unique, intriguing people and in the end give me a whole lot more than just a couch to sleep on.

Interests

i have many. the world is an interesting place. to name a few: sidewalk chalk art, ice-cream, boardgames, sunny days spent lying in a park - preferably in pretty skirts, rainy days spent watching films and baking cookies, hiking, movies, live music, not-so-live music, theatre, riding my bicycle, good food, knowing random facts, sending letters in the mail, talking to strangers.

i could write ALOT here. a good movie/song/book can change my day. but to simplify this question - the last movie i saw was lorna's silence, the last band i listened to was akron/family and the last book i read was catcher in the rye. all pleasing choices.
