Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've hosted a few times, and looking forward to continuing to do so come summertime. I'm definitely available for coffee/drink/food and/or exploring Toronto. I moved back to Toronto a couple of years ago, but still haven't seen everything the city has to offer. Please don't hesitate to contact me even though I cannot offer a couch at the moment!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I surfed people's couches in Europe which was a great adventure for me, and I'm so glad I found out about CS. Meeting people from the countries I've travelled to was such an enriching and unforgettable experience. It's not about the free couches, but about the wonderful people you meet along the way.

Music, Movies, and Books

I have an eclectic taste in music, and like a bit of everything. I especially like discovering music from different countries, and in different languages.

I love reading, though I have a passion for classic novels. I could probably read Austen and Dickens novels for the rest of my life and be very happy!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Only one?

-ziplining off a mountain in Israel
-lying under the stars in the Sahara
-hitch hiking in South of France; my driver showed me their favourite places for the entire day
-hiking in the highlands in summer and winter

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm trying to improve both my French and Spanish, so would love to participate in a language exchange, and/or even chat to people (patient people) in both languages.
