My name is Jonas. I will be 30 this year and I work as an engineer in a consulting firm who work in the field of environment and water management.
During my studies i had the chance to travel and live in lot of different places (Moldova, UK, Madagascar, Uganda..). I really enjoyed these experiences and I'm looking forward the next destination..

It has been around 4 years since I have moved in Toulouse with Maria, my ex-roomate that I met during my erasmus in UK...Maria is from the city of Valencia in Spain and work here in the field of agronomy.

We enjoy traveling, hiking in the Pyrenees, enjoying city life, concert, theater or just have a good cold beer in terraces and bars !
We try to eat as much as possible local and organic food, limiting meat consumption and enjoy sharing good time around a table with friends.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I surfed many times during my travel in Canada, and also in Bucarest and Ukraina thank to CS. I like the philosophy and the principle of couchsurfing, particulary the opportunity to meet people from the place where i travel.

And because we trust that couchsurfing is about sharing, we are happy to offer our spare room and its bed (ok you can either take the couch if you prefer ;).
Because hospitality shouldn't be just in one way, you are most welcome to our house if you travel in France and wish to visit Toulouse. We ll do our best to guide you and show you around :)

Interests

I enjoy traveling, sailing, hiking, snowboarding, playing music ( i play guitar, contrebass, yukulele ..), but as well photography, circus, music festival, theater..

I'm also very passionate by my work and can be pretty boring if we cross a old water mill in our road or if you start to ask me about my work.. but I let you this joy for when we ll meet ;)
