About Me

I’m a transplant from the Eastern US living on the West Coast trying to make up for lost time on mountain trails and in the sun. My wife and I live with our rambunctious mutt in the foot of the San Gabriels. When we’re not working we love to travel, hike, try different bars in LA, play board games, read, and watch edgy TV series. I’m a generalist—too many hobbies to name.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love meeting new folks, and Couchsurfing is a great way to do that. In the US we hosted surfers in our house a couple of different times. I really started getting into Couch Surfing when we lived in La Plata, Argentina.

Interests

Learning of any kind, but especially learning about new pieces of culture. I love trying things that I've never done before. I’m reasonably athletic, but I’m happy to dive into a book or talk ideas.
