ABOUT ME

I was born in the US but have moved around with my family since i was very young. I lived in KL Malaysia 1st through 3rd grade, then moved to Texas until the 6th grade when I moved to Paris, France. My family, friends and I traveled all over Europe. I've always felt the need to travel, like it wasn't normal to stay in one place for too long. I love meeting new people, learning about different cultures, and sharing stories. I'm terrible with names but will always remember a face. I try to laugh and dance as much as possible on a daily basis.

I'm still learning.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have yet to have a place with a couch... so for now i can only meet for coffee or drinks... still a new to the couch surfing world.

兴趣

I love art, design, architecture, fashion, fibers/textiles from all over the world. Anything creative usually interests me. I'm always as I choose to be, I'm wild when i'm wild, calm when i'm calm, and live my life however it makes me happy.
I think of myself as very open minded, I like asking questions to learn about you just as much as i enjoy being challenged with questions.
Most of all I love to meet new people and have a good time.

I dont typically pick favorites...
I love music in general and have a hard time sticking to one genre... tops picks right now...
bob marley, gorilaz, cultura profetica, air, zero7, rupa and the april fishes, ceu, theivory corp...
too many... too confusing of a mix... it all depends on my mood.
books: no one belongs here more than you, the curious incident of the dog in the night time, i like buying travel books just to get ideas...

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

my first backpacking trip to rome was when i realized how amazing it is to go somewhere without rules or plans.
my friends and i went there for a week, found some pub crawl flyer in a pizza place and went on a whim, ended up meeting some amazing people from all over and had an incredible time. that was one of my first great traveling experiences.
not that the others didnt count since i had traveled a lot before this but it was my senior year of high school so it made me feel the freedom of being an explorer.
