ABOUT ME
I live with my boyfriend Alex in East London in a one bed maisonette which was once an old school. We both moved here about 4 years ago and having been enjoying everything about London life ever since. Alex works at the V&A museum and I work as an installation artist mostly creating public art sculptures at the moment. We're both interested in environmental issues, music, culture, growing things, cycling about town, great food and IPA beers! We've both travelled all over the world and still have a huge list of places to see and things to do, i don't think it'll ever end luckily. We also live with our little black cat Mao who is very sweet but sometimes a little bit odd!
PHILOSOPHY
If you only feed the positive thoughts these will be the ones that flouish and grow.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
We've had a lots couch surfers stay at ours through housemates who have been members and its always been loads of fun. We've also coach surfed ourselves in Poland and the USA which was amazing and we met such great people.
Interests
Art, travel, environmental issues, creating stuff, trying to rescue my plants from our greedy snails in the garden, communities, charity shopping for vinyl and old woolly jumpers, Alex loves walking nowhere in particular for miles and miles and i guess we're both quite politically aware.

Music, Movies, and Books
this that and lots in between...We listen to just about everything from opera to metal to jazz and folk but mostly i guess a lot of electronica at the moment.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I've just built a geodesic dome, which is pretty cool and alex cycles 20 miles to work and back every day (which i think is amazing!)
Teach, Learn, Share
Alex is an expert in London history as he has worked in museums across the city and i could probably teach the basics in knitting if you're interested! We can also cook a great Korean stew.
