About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Looking to see as many different sunsets before I die.

ABOUT ME

I'm just a recent graduate from university. I've traveled a lot in the past, from Asia to Eastern Europe, but I think I'm slowing down a bit now.

I love food. Asian, Middle Eastern, European, to good ol' American, I eat it all. I try to cook, but usually with disastrous results.

PHILOSOPHY

The world is a big place. It's a waste of time to stay in one place, and not meet all the people you can. Every person has a story, and every stranger is a person, thus talk to strangers.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm always willing to meet a new stranger and show them around town. I know Boston like the back of my hand, and if my skills can be put to use, all the more wonderful.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

The closest I've gotten to CouchSurfing was living on Emei Mountain in China with a local family. My Mandarin isn't that great so I could barely understand them, but they were some of the nicest most generous people that I've ever met. One of these days I'll go back up there and see them again.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I camped out on top of the Great Wall of China once. Falling asleep on a piece of history like that is uncomparable.

Teach, Learn, Share

The best food in the world is never cooked in restaurants. If you can get your meals from a stall on the street, you'll be much happier.
