About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To make the most of things and never stop learning!
ABOUT ME
'You're going away again?' very much makes the FAQ list for me. Having finished uni last year I have devoted this year just to living and learning about as many people and places as possible. I was born in Australia and have always loved to travel and learn new languages. I could say 'I've been to here..., here..., here...' but really, it's the 'who' that really makes the place and that's the main reason I really struggle to stay in Australia for more than a year at a time!
I love the outdoors and the highlights of my travels tend to coincide with the natural wonders of the world. That said, cities always intrigue me too as the longer you stay the more a place will unravel itself and the people that make it. I have also been known to make an appearance on the dance floor (with a little persuasion)whether it be pub or club!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
For the moment I am only able to offer a smiling face and good company as I am about to hit the road but once I am back in Australia I would love to show anyone the ins and outs of Melbourne.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I am a newbie to the CS Project but can't wait to be initiated to what looks like a fantastic way to meet great people with a like-minded philosophy!
Interests
Traveling (ofcourse!).I love music, especially the live kind, and have on my 'would love to do list' re-learning the piano. Also am fond of a good hearty belly laugh, meeting people that think differently to what I do (so most people!)and most things outdoors oriented eg. camping, swimming, cycling.

Music, Movies, and Books
Music: Love jazz and acoustics, have recently discovered Swell Season, and quite like Augie March, Coldplay, Jose Gonzalez and The Kooks. Really does depend on my mood though!
Movies: I live under a rock when it comes to movies so please do educate me!
Books: I am working on increasing my literary knowledge too...this is the one down-side of being a science student, I have been absorbed in physiology journals for way too long! I am currently reading The Kite Runner.
