ABOUT ME

ah, put in that way, that's a toughie...
my friends would make inside jokes when asked to say something about me!
Then, let me summarize things as in a profile, maybe I'll rewrite everything someday, midtrips: =)
I'd love to be a Buddhist (long path), I'd love to help people, and I'd love to help people see the world in a wider way, as it is (which can be ...amusing many times, even the world being what it has always been);

>my sense of humor! It ranges from dry, sarcastic, clever, quick witted, friendly... to goofy and slapstick >(:P)

I share my apartment (which I fondly love and keep trying to make a fun/funny place to be in) with a French girl currently ('currently' being about sharing, not about her being French :P). My place is full of plants (my flatmate calls me 'the gardener'), a 1954 frigidaire, some colored walls, big Warhol's, Picasso's, Salgado's, red brick walls, wooden furniture and everything I may happen to find amusing, which causes many things not to have a right place to keep still...I'm taking suggestions!

I'm from a beach town in Sao Paulo, the second oldest one in the whole country...I'm a surfer...a teacher, a drawer, I love reading, watching films, photography, pinup art, all cuisines I can think of...well... I'm eager for knowlege, I love getting to understand things...I'm a Carl Sagan buff...etc (is anybody still with me at this point?)

I host, I meet up, I show the city around whenever I have time!
>>**Normally weekends are not very good for me to host...only exceptionally. So if you ask for weekends, although I'd LOVE to help, I'm most probably saying no :/ **;

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

wow, it's been a long and interesting way! I've hosted many people so far, met up with some others, shown this city - in which birds wake up coughing- around...I've talked about different cultures, about politics, music, art, movies, made pancakes, bread, been to CS meetings, made some friends who I still talk to.. It's been so cool! But the best times are yet to come!
And I have been told I have good host skills aha! Come see for yourself ;)

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Patagonia is more breathtaking than a dream. Diving in Cuba, or La Habana (with its bittersweet "inceptions's dream city collapsing by the shore" look), appalling. . Chapada dos Veadeiros (Brazil), nothing had me expecting what I actually have seen there. Red Square, St. Pete, just GRAND!
Italy, Rome, Napoli, Firenze, Pompeii ...how amazingly warm and interesting can cities -and its people - be?
