À propos de moi
CURRENT MISSION
To never work a day - or feel like I did.
ABOUT ME
For now, I'm a grade school teacher living in Chelsea, Quebec, Canada (near Ottawa, the capital). Other than working with technology, the arts and drama, I love cycling, canoeing, hiking and am the cook designate for my house of girls (2 daughters and cat). We are easygoing, adventurous and can get pretty silly at times. We have a terrible habit of singing songs with improvised lyrics...hard to describe really.
Pourquoi je suis sur Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
New to Surfing and love the concept - will definately become part of our way of life. Toured the Ring of Kerry, Ireland with my daughter - Surfing all the way. Fantastic! Looking forward to receiving folks, too.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
After a day ... and night of kayaking on a river in eastern Quebec, we were chilled and starving. My first Surf was on the floor of a camp`s kitchen. Lucky us!

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue
Other than receiving my second daughter during our home-birth (the wildest trip ever) I went on fishing trips in very remote locations with people of the Montagnais and Naskapi Nations of Northern Quebec. Easily some of my more trying and enlightening experiences.
Enseignez, apprenez, partagez
We`re a pretty handy bunch - can garden, mend, repair and cook. I`m a `make something out of nothing` kind of cook, practice dispute resolution, and can be helpful with computers.
We love to hear the stories of what make people tick and explore unique environments.
