About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To live life, meet new people, try new things and explore the world we live in!

ABOUT ME

I am a 38 yr young male living in Auckland, NZ. Am married to my beautiful wife Carla, and we have 4 beautiful kids. I am very interested in meeting new people from different countries and cultures and listening to peoples adventures. I work for Telecom NZ, one of NZ's largest companies, and sometimes get bored of the corporate politics and feel that meeting people through Couch Surfing would be an awesome experience to get new perspectives on things.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I am a Couch Surfing novice, my wife and son tried it recently on a trip to the USA and loved it. We have hosted a few people at our place in NZ and met some awesome friends through the experience. Would love to spend some time couch surfing with others, and meeting new people to share my life with.

Couch Surfing is such a great idea, we have had some great laughs, enjoyed fantastic conversation, and some beautiful meals through Couch Surfers we have hosted. Awesome experiences!!

Interests

Meeting new people, travelling, helping others, reading, cycling, going for walks and I like a bit of Formula 1 racing, did I say travelling? Currently in a fulltime job and dont get to travel enough.....getting itchy feet though!

Music, Movies, and Books

Love all kinds of music, I love having music around as much as possible. Movies are great too, too many good ones out there, but love a good movie. I like reading, however don't read as much as I should these days, like all sorts of books, but lately have been into autobiographies (there are some amazing people out there)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I am fortunate to have seen one of the most amazing things on earth, childbirth, 4 times. It is amazing to witness, and to watch your children grow and develop.

Countries I’ve Visited

Argentina, Australia, Cambodia, Thailand, Viet Nam

Countries I’ve Lived In

New Zealand
