Experiences that I get to share with others are worth way more to me than ones only I get to enjoy and learn from.

兴趣

I love being outdoors, bike camping, backcountry trips, and car camping trips to hot springs. Pedal-powered anything is typically right up my alley.

Workwise, I love working with adolescents and young women in my own community. I'm super passionate about things related to the socioeconomic determinants of health so if you want I can chat for hours about that stuff! Similarly, any conversation related to reproductive health and family planning will get me going faster than some good Turkish coffee (I'm very sensitive to caffeine).

LOVE documentaries, shows like Arrested Development and 30 Rock. Music: conscious hip hop, bluegrass, soul music, and jam bands. As for books, I have a pretty short attention span but I did just read Shantaram and loved it.

I'm a former (recreational, not olympic) gymnast and coach and I do yoga regularly. I'm always open to helping people learn to move their bodies in ways they wished they could. If you want a couple of pointers/a spotter for your yoga or want to learn to do a cartwheel, I'm your woman.
