ABOUT ME

I was born in a small town in Oklahoma and raised in a huge city in Texas (we are not all Bush supporters...trust me). I went to college in Austin, TX. I definitely have a lot of qualities from the Southern U.S., but don't let that fool you. I am super open-minded and always love having my perspective on life expanded by the views and experiences of others. I am an avid musician, I am foremost a drummer and I also play a little bit of guitar. I am also an actor and writer (my education), I have written so far two plays that I have seen produced in theaters in Austin,TX, so I always like anybody with any remote interest in art, books, or music whatsoever. I think that's the best part of it...collaboration.

My love for traveling began when I went to Turkiye in high school, and lived there for part of the summer. I went with a good friend and his family, so I got the all around true turkish experience. Since then I have always tried my best to travel this way. It obviously doesn't always work out like that, but when I know I can befriend locals in the place I am going it seems to truly be the best way to experience any place.

I also love meeting people, hearing stories, telling jokes, partying if the occasion and place allows for it, and learning everything I can about this world while I'm in it. I think stories, in the same vein as memories, is one of the few things we can carry with us without the fear of losing them throughout life (well that is disregarding alzheimer's and such...but that's why I write, so I can remind myself).

Otherwise, I consider myself and true and loyal friend to all those who befriend me. I love the ups and downs that life throws at all of us, and how people always help you get through all of them.

Teach, Learn, Share

I am a trained actor and writer. I also have been drumming for the past 8 years in many forms. I know a few good drinking games. I can burp the entire english alphabet. I know alot about alot of things in the world as I have a really strong memory so I retain alot of information that I hear or read. I can also teach about me, and learn about you...one of the best things to do.

I love to learn new useful skills, philosophies, places, and any other random thing that might come about.
