Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I believe that sharing time, space and time with people from different cultures is the best way to understand our society, our world and the best way to improve them.
It is also a good way to learn about the languages i speak, and it is always a good oportunity to do friends from different places of the world.
Interests
The first thing i consider when i travel is the conexion i can build between the local people and me, it is wonderful to have a chat with my host/guest about our countries, ways of life, traditions, etc.
The second one is the history and architecture of the city i'am visiting. I love to walk streets and watch the houses, palaces, buildings, parks, monuments and take photos of them.
Nature is an important fact, i like walking around a mountain, or lake, to rest at the beach, climbing a hill.
The second one is
- cats
- dogs
- architecture
- dining
- cooking
- walking
- drinking
- gardening
- traveling
- sailing
- rock climbing
- engineering
- history
- languages
- beaches
- parks
Music, Movies, and Books
Talking about music, i like latin rythms, like salsa, merengue, but my favorite is the argentine tango. I like too rock and pop, classical and electro.
I'm not a big fan of the cinema, but i prefer to watch movies with a historic context, comedies and science fiction.
I read too much, i read often books, but i read daily several article, news, opinions essays, etc.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Each trip is amazing, even if it is only a few kilometers from home. My best memories are from sailing close to the shore of Tulum, watching the mayan ruins and before them a blue and green sea.
The second one was visiting the volcano Paricutin, it was on a holiday, no one was there just the forest, the mountain, and the old lava flow.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I'm very respectful with the house rules, also i respect the privacy of my host/guest. I like to share time and experiences with them, sharing a meal and a drink.
