CURRENT MISSION
On-Zen is Onzin
ABOUT ME
I am the proud inventor of the term 'Patsy Effect' (you know that feeling when you're suddenly amazed or dazzled by something that you've been saying/doing all your life without thinking about it? I had it just a minute ago while eating a stuffed pepper, thinking: Oh god(ess), there is a stuffed pepper inside me...a WHOLE stuffed pepper!... I found 'The Patsy Effect' a right name for this experience, as it is definitely a name that triggers it. You can purposely trigger it by, for instance, lying in your bed staring at the ceiling while repeating the name Patsy until you see it in all its abstraction). I don't think a day can be called a day without at least one pot of Earl Grey. I'm a vegetarian and I adore food... Love rainbows and rainbowwarriors ;) One of my passions is classical singing, I've participated in 4 youth operas -one to come this summer- and I sing in a choir. I put my inner creativity in the making of collages. I just started up a collage collective with two of my best friends: "Coll-age/ectief"...a collage blogspot will follow. I lived in Paris for 6 months earlier this year, which was just amazing! More info is graspable on the rest of my page :)
PHILOSOPHY
-On-Zen Is Onzin! (seems to have a lot of success in the dutch language zone lately)
-Minds Are Like Parachutes, They Only Function When They Are Open (truth to be found on my English Grammar teacher's office door)
-If caring about your friends is a crime, then come and arrest me now!
-Regina Spektor's 'Ghost of Corporate Future' (songs can function as philosophies too)
-I'll never go sailing unless it's a friendship...
-'TeaMorrow, TeaMorrow, I love you, TeaMorrow, you're always a Cup away' (there is no problem a nice cup of Earl Grey with a hint of lemon can't solve)
